A Little About Me

I grew up in the Mid-west out in the country. I still love all things outdoors and am a huge animal lover. You can take the girl out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the girl. So, while I now live in the Brentwood/Franklin, Tn area you will often find me spending time outdoors. I enjoy gardening, hiking and just sitting on my swing enjoying the Tennessee weather (yes, all of it) and reading a good book.

I am married to an amazing man who is a wonderful musician, mother to 4 spectacular children who are growing into their own lives, and "Aunt Mo" to many children both related and not. I've worn many hats in my life, but they always seem to include organization, details and serving those around me. I feel like this business is just a culmination of those traits.

One of my favorite books has always been Anne of Green Gables, a story of growth, family, loyalty and caring for those around you-- hence the name Avonlea Bookkeeping.
